1 lb. shrimp - no shells - divined;
2 medium chopped tomato;
1/2 cup chopped onion;
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro;
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice;
few lemon or lime slices for garnish;
salt to taste;
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing salad bowl;
Spoon into cocktail glasses of your choice and garnish
according to your taste and imaginations!
Serve and enjoy!
